Note! Vessels outside of warranty period and without a service agreement will be billed for time spent on any services.
At ZEM, we ensure that vessels equipped with our electric and hybrid propulsion systems receive the highest level of support. Our Service Department will help you to keep your vessel running at peak efficiency.
Standard telephone support
If your vessel is under warranty or you have a service agreement with ZEM, our telephone support team is here to assist you.
Free access to our technical service line +47 96 00 57 99 during business hours: 08:00–16:00 CET, Mon-Fri, excluding Norwegian holidays.
Any service calls for boats outside of warranty and without a service agreement will incur charges. Billing rate for these calls: NOK 1,990 per hour.
Holiday opening hours in telephone support:
Closed: 24, 25, 26, and 31 December, and 1 January
Reduced hours: 29, 30 December and 2 January: 09:00–15:00
